How do I qualify to bid?
It is simple. Register your details by filling up a registration form on our site.
Deposit the money in a format that is acceptable to the company.

Does the caution money change for every lot?
No,the Caution Money is for the complete lots of an Auctioner.

Can I view the items on auction without any approvals or in the meanwhile?
Auction can be viewed only after the deposition of EMD amount to respective auctioneers.

What if I forgot my user id and password?
You can click on the "Post Your Query" and send in your query.We shall inforn you on your mailbox.

Can i change the registration details while registering?
Yes we do give you a chance to take a look at what you have entered.In case of an error,you could press the "Edit" button and fill up the required field.

How do I pay the caution money?
By DD/Cheque as detailed in the Terms and conditions of  the Auctioneer.

How do I know when the money is accepted?
Your ID and Password will be operational once the Caution Money is realised by the Auctioneer and you will receive a mail on validation of your ID and Password.

Can I change the registration details even after registration is complete?
No it is not possible after the final submission.But in special case you send us a request by sending a mail by clicking the "Post Your Query",with the necessary changes to be incorporated.

Can I deposit less money than that specified above or pay in a staggered manner?
It is purely at the discretion of the Auctioneer , to decide on this.
