Let me assume you are one of those looking for interesting
electrical goods to buy from the big Indian auctioneers from time
to time.
We have developed this unique online model just for you. If you
did not know where to get started, take heart, for you have come
to the right place.
Here, I’ll take you through the complete
'bidding' process, one step at a time. In between,
there may be a short break (in time) because the ‘auctioneer’ has to
authorize you as a ‘bidder’. They may decide to do this based on
realization of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) deposited by you or
your past records with them .
STEP 1:
Before you begin the registration process, make sure you are
ready with your sales tax and excise
details, company profile, bankers’ name and obviously your
complete contact details. Also make sure to give the correct
e-mail address and which are the auctions
you want to go for on a regular basis.

STEP 2:
The screen will now display all your entries. Go through them
carefully for errors if any. Look up the EMD amount for the
'auctioneer' you want to buy from and complete necessary EMD formalities
with them directly.
Please note: Terms and Conditions of the auction are decided by
the 'Auctioneer'. Clicking on the link will get you complete
details. Remember to make a note of your username and password.
We’ll have to break here 'coz' your 'authorization' must be on
the way.

STEP 3:
We assume here that you may have received an e-mail with your
user id and password. Go to the ‘featured auction’ home
page (the page that
brought you here) and key them in.
STEP 4:
You’ll see a customized (i.e. tailored to you) page,
providing a link to the 'auctioneer(s)' you opted for. Please
verify that the list is correct. E-mail us for any discrepancy.
STEP 5:
Click on the
'auctioneer’s' page. A complete list of 'Lots' appears.
Go through the 'Lots' one by one. Make a note of the 'Maximum Bid
Value' of every lot. You can now work out the product pricing and
submit your bid lot wise by clicking on 'Submit / Edit the bid'
for that lot.
Note that only those lots whose bids are still open are displayed
here.
STEP 6:
Submit your bid opens up a summary of products page
with a blank space provided for entering the bid value of
individual products. Note that you will have to enter a product
wise bid value which totals up to a value higher than the last
one. Lower values are not programmed to be accepted.
STEP 7:
You will receive a confirmation message regarding acceptance
of your bid.
You can choose to bid for another lot or log out.
STEP 8:
Log out.
