Most workshops energize
you.. leaving you with a feeling of a new you…
But does it last long? Perhaps a few days or even weeks before you
revert back to the same old you?
How does one get around this situation?
The trick is not to attend workshops expecting drastic changes in
your self
and your attitude but to expect a gradual change for the better. For
a start, implement just one aspect of what you learnt n see the
result for yourself.
